By not guessing and using the instructions here. If you follow the instructions and provide that info to me (this goes for dog collars too) I’ll ensure your item fits you comfortably based on the info you provide.
- What if I want something custom?
Just e-mail what you want
or call me in my shop during business hours @ 662-560-6336. If you see a photo of one of my one-of-a-kinds or want to know if I can make something you would like (chances are I can), just let me know! - How quickly do you ship?
Being each item is handmade to order by me personally, generally your order will ship within 48 hours of receipt. The exception of course is large orders or dog leashes which due to the amount of knotting required will take a couple days. If you have a special date that you need items for, don’t hesitate to e-mail me and let me know and I’ll do my best to make it happen!
- How do I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an e-mail from us noting your item(s) are on the way.
- What are your shipping costs?
USPS First Class Mail is included in my prices for all orders shipping within the USA!
- How do you ship?
All items are shipped USPS First Class Mail. If you need expedited shipping via Priority or Express because you have a special day, birthday or event you need my items for, just e-mail me!
- What is your return policy?
It’s simple — if you are not happy, contact me and I’ll make it right! You can return your item for a replacement or a full refund.
- Do you ship Internationally?
You bet! E-mail me with your details (what you want and where you are) so I can shoot you a quote. Or, just place your order and I’ll let you know that amount due. I only include a small handling fee that is never more than a buck or two so you can get a good idea of your costs will be by checking the USPS Site.
